Chivers & Co. Ltd are a small family run Building Company
based in Cheddar, Somerset. Our scope of works mainly
includes one off architect designed homes, extensions and
renovations. Our workforce includes local craftsmen,
tradesman and labourers and we generally work within a 20
mile radius of Cheddar, Somerset.
We are members of the AECB (Association of Environmentally
Conscious Builders) and we regard ourselves as knowledgeable
and competent within this field.
Over the years we have won several LABC awards, including
Best Individual Home 2015 in the South West.
We pride ourselves in completing high quality work to
architects and clients exacting requirements.
